Portfolio Analyst

Portfolio Analyst We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Analyst to join a major transformation portfolio within a leading Financial Services organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with a Banking or Financial Services background who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, support complex change initiatives, and provide strong governance, financial management, and portfolio reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Banking & Financial Services experience
• Strong PMO and portfolio governance experience within large-scale transformation programs
• Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting expertise
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to synthesise complex information and provide actionable insights
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Mural skills
• Proven experience improving financial processes, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Project Accounting experience
• Experience working across multiple fast-moving priorities
• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs
