PostFinance is hiring a Portfolio Business Analyst in Bern (hybrid with home office) to improve private-customer products and channels across investing, pensions, financing, and digital assets. Day to day: analyzing business requirements, refining optimization ideas, and creating implementation packages and target-state architecture with stakeholders and enterprise architects.
You will improve products and channels for private customer journeys in investing, pensions, digital assets, and financing. You will analyze business requirements, manage processes, create implementation packages with stakeholders and enterprise architecture, and drive optimization initiatives in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Degree or advanced continuing education in economics or social sciences
- Sound banking-sector knowledge, particularly in investing and pensions
- Several years of business analysis experience
- Communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent German and English
