Portfolio Delivery Analyst (D&I)
Reporting to a Lead, this role will work collaboratively with professional and operational stakeholders to support investigations, planning, testing and reporting activities. A key focus will be identifying continuous improvement opportunities, managing operational and strategic risks and developing trusted stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality
- Support change control activities, including assessing risks, documenting changes and managing change requests
- Investigate problems across systems, processes and services and contribute to preventative and corrective solutions
- Monitor and maintain data quality through reviews and validation activities
- Support quality assurance, audits and compliance reviews, identifying non-compliance and areas requiring improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation and support the adoption of technology and automation
- Assist with feasibility assessments, including options analysis, costs, benefits and business case development
- Develop business models covering processes, data and roles to support analysis and decision-making
- Elicit, document, prioritise and manage business requirements for change initiatives
- Identify operational and project risks, assess impact and probability, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure solutions and improvements align with business requirements and objectives
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or a minimum of three years' relevant experience in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in business process analysis and continuous improvement
- The ability to work effectively across change, requirements, data, risk and quality activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to develop accurate documentation and translate analysis into practical business outcomes
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and operational teams
- An adaptable, curious and improvement-focused mindset
Please note, the position description also identifies on-call duties as an inherent requirement, which may involve responding to operational matters outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
