Portfolio Delivery Analyst
NewBe an early applicantThe Portfolio Delivery Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of digital and technology initiatives by providing governance, assurance, reporting, and portfolio management support. Working closely with project managers, program teams, senior stakeholders, and governance forums, the role helps ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organisational standards, governance frameworks, and strategic objectives.
The Portfolio Delivery Analyst provides independent delivery assurance, monitors project performance, identifies risks and emerging issues, and supports effective portfolio planning, prioritisation, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide governance and delivery assurance support across Digital Programs to promote successful project outcomes.
• Review key project artefacts and deliverables to ensure alignment with governance requirements, frameworks, and organisational standards.
• Monitor and provide assurance insights across project reporting, risks and issues, financial performance, project controls, and data quality.
• Partner with project teams to identify delivery risks, strengthen governance practices, and improve project performance.
• Support the consistent application of portfolio management, governance, assurance, and reporting practices.
• Assist with portfolio planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and governance activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance, assurance, reporting, and portfolio management capabilities.
