Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, delivery metrics, and financial performance across multiple programs and agile teams.
  • Drive capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial management activities to support effective investment decision making.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and delivery outcomes to provide data-driven insights that improve planning, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and product-centric delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including quarterly planning, retrospectives, dependency management sessions, reviews, and strategic planning workshops.
  • Promote Agile maturity by implementing best practices that improve delivery predictability, quality, flow efficiency, and customer value realization.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove organizational impediments and delivery risks that impact team performance and program success.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology Leaders, Business Partners, and Delivery Teams to align priorities, outcomes, and execution strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Agile metrics, portfolio analytics, and performance measurement frameworks to support transparency and informed decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, supporting modernization efforts, regulatory compliance programs, risk reduction strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support workforce planning, vendor management, resource optimization, and funding allocation to maximize portfolio value and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders, using strong influencing, communication, facilitation, and change management skills to drive alignment and successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Fraud, AML, GRC, Regulatory, Audit, or operational risk technology initiatives.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Azure DevOps, or similar planning and delivery tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and control requirements within the financial services industry.
  • Agile certifications (SAFe, SPC, ICP-ACC, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
