About the Role
Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize diversified investment portfolios, with a strong focus on Alternative Investments and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, investment expertise, and a proven track record in portfolio and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage investment portfolios and strategies.
- Evaluate, structure, and execute investment opportunities.
- Oversee private credit, alternative investments, and real estate portfolios.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends.
- Prepare investment reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure effective risk management and capital preservation.
- Identify opportunities to maximize portfolio returns while managing exposure.
- Support investment decision-making through research and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in portfolio management, investment management, or asset management.
- Proven experience managing Alternative Investments and Real Estate portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk, structured investments, and portfolio analysis.
- SEC sponsorship or licensing is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing illiquid or semi-liquid portfolios is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management abilities.
