Portfolio Manager – Inclusive Health Initiative (IHI) (French Speaking)

CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission is hiring a French-speaking Portfolio Manager to support inclusive health programmes globally.

Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Design & guide IHI projects in eye health, ear care, & physical rehabilitation.
📊 Monitor project plans, evaluate progress, & ensure data quality.
💡 Develop high-quality funding proposals & build team capacity through training.
🤝 Collaborate with advocacy teams & network with external partners.

Requirements:
🎓 Master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
💼 7+ years in international development (3+ in health programmes).
🗣️ Fluency in French & English.

📍 Location: CBM entities (Berlin, Nairobi, Abuja, Addis Ababa, etc.)
