The role
Purpose Investments is looking for a Portfolio Manager to own every investment solution on the Steadyhand and Harness wealth platforms — over $3.5B in AUM and growing — with full construction authority over the Founders and Builders funds.

AI handles the aggregation — pulling model and fund performance data, drafting first-pass commentary, flagging mandate drift across sub-advisors. You handle the judgment — the construction call, the public defense of that call, and the platform-wide accountability advisers and clients rely on.
W H A T Y O U ' L L D O
● Own platform-wide PM accountability across every Steadyhand and Harness solution
● Lead full construction and management of the Founders and Builders funds
● Keep model portfolios aligned to Purpose's house view and each client outcome
● Govern third-party sub-advisor performance and mandate adherence
W H A T Y O U M U S T B R I N G
● Hands-on multi-asset model portfolio construction experience (fund-of-funds or SMA)
● An investment background strong enough to make portfolio decisions, not just interpret them
● Excellent communication skills — adviser conversations, public speaking, written commentary
● Comfort as a single point of accountability, working closely with peers on adjacent parts of the Platform
