We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in Karnataka, Kerala, or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management, particularly within the realms of private equity and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) analysis. This role is pivotal in managing investment portfolios and ensuring optimal performance aligned with our clients' financial goals. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing investment portfolios, conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, and providing strategic recommendations based on market trends and financial analysis. You will work closely with limited partners (LPs) and general partners (GPs) to ensure effective communication and alignment of investment strategies. Your expertise in net asset value (NAV) calculations and M&A analysis will be crucial in driving investment decisions and maximizing returns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. - Collaborate with LPs and GPs to develop and implement investment strategies. - Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform investment decisions. - Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and investment strategies to stakeholders.
