Portfolio & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio & Operations Contracting, Procurement, and Licensing (CPL) Coordinator to join a global organization at the forefront of AI, data, and computational sciences supporting drug discovery and development. In this role, you will act as a key operational partner, ensuring efficient governance of procurement activities, vendor engagements, software licensing, and contract management processes. You will collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to the successful execution of strategic operational initiatives across a highly innovative and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Contracting, Procurement, and Licensing activities across the organization
Guide stakeholders through request intake processes, ensuring submissions are complete and aligned with established procedures
Act as the liaison between business departments and procurement teams, coordinating budget validations and ensuring process compliance
Manage contract administration activities, including intake management, procurement tracking, and coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and extensions throughout the contract lifecycle
Ensure accurate tracking of procurement and licensing activities while maintaining high data quality standards
Support vendor governance processes and software licensing administration
Maintain operational transparency and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of procurement and operational processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of experience in operational, administrative, procurement, or business support roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with global teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Hands-on approach with strong execution and follow-through capabilities
Experience supporting procurement processes, vendor management, or contract administration
Experience with software licensing management and technology vendor engagements
Understanding of governance, compliance, and operational processes
Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning
Ability to work independently while maintaining high operational standards
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences sector will be considered a strong advantage
