ROLE SUMMARY
The Portfolio & Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling the effective delivery of the International Business Unit (IBU) DD&T portfolio. The role provides operational leadership to drive execution discipline, improve portfolio visibility, and ensure strong alignment across markets, Centre of Excellence teams, and key stakeholders.
Working in close partnership with market leaders, CoE teams, and the broader DD&T leadership team, this role establishes and maintains the portfolio operating model, governance cadence, and reporting framework that underpin effective decision-making. It provides a single, trusted view of portfolio priorities, progress, adoption, impact and risks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Portfolio Implementation & Reporting
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the DD&T portfolio, working closely with CoE’s to identify priorities, delivery milestones and impact measures
Partner with Core Countries and Cluster Leaders to understand business needs and accelerate adoption
Establish and embed consistent portfolio ways of working across CoE’s and markets, ensuring transparency and execution discipline
Build, implement & maintain DD&T portfolio tracking solution, providing visibility of priorities, progress, impact and risks outcomes aligned with Global frameworks
Establish portfolio operating rhythm, enabling effective governance, decision making and self-service visibility across markets and CoE’s
Deliver clear, concise reporting and insights to DD&T leadership
Operational Excellence
Operationalize tracking and reporting of KPIs/QBR and performance metrics and delivery outcomes.
Monitor delivery performance, risks, and dependencies, enabling early intervention
Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

Strong experience managing complex portfolios, governance, and performance tracking, with the ability to translate priorities into structured execution and delivery discipline
Technical Skills in Dashboard Design and Reporting
Ability to use reporting and visualization tools to build, maintain, and automate dashboards that provide clear portfolio visibility, actionable insights, and support decision-making.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Brings rigour and consistency to ways of working; drives simplification, standardisation, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability
Data-Driven & Insight-Led
Proficiency in Data modelling, data governance and reporting automation. Leverages data, KPIs, and reporting tools to create transparency, generate insights, and support effective decision-making
