Your day to day

  • Analyse revenue, market, and competitor data to provide insights that support pricing, forecasting, and performance optimisation across a portfolio of hotels.
  • Partner with Revenue Managers and hotel stakeholders to support revenue meetings, maintain action plans, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demand, loyalty performance, and distribution channels, translating data into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Support forecasting and inventory management activities, ensuring pricing, availability, and demand strategies are aligned to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain revenue management systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards while contributing to special projects, market research, and ongoing process improvements.

What we need from you

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence working with large data sets, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a data-driven environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
