POS Deployment Support
Join a short-term project to deploy POS systems for retail industry. You will handle staging, installation, and testing of POS machines, ensuring everything works before handover.
Responsibilities:
- Stage POS units, including asset tagging, run software/app tests.
- Install and replace POS systems on-site, manage cabling, and test hardware (scanners, card machines, cash drawers).
- Work closely with logistics onsite for smooth deployment.
- Support island-wide night deployments.
- Be proactive, work well in a team, and handle tasks independently.
Requirements:
- Experience in POS deployment, IT hardware, or retail tech support preferred.
- Hands-on with hardware setup, cabling, and testing.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Flexible for night shifts and island-wide travel.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
