Responsibilities and Skills
- Good to have knowledge of payment transactions, online processing, Batch Processing’s, Acquiring and issuing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience in Android Gradle settings & libraries.
- Good understanding of POS application concepts of different types of Android POS/SoftPOS machines in the market like VeriFone, Ingenico, XAC, PAX, Ezzetab, etc.
- Hands‑on experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with writing clean and testable code as well as unit tests.
- Hands‑on experience with Android Studio, Git, Bitbucket, Ansible, Artifactory, RxJava, Dagger 2, Retrofit.
- Hands‑on experience with distributed messaging and push notification services.
- Hands‑on experience in Linux environment and shell scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with DBMS/RDBMS, OOP, SOA, WPF, WCF and Web services.
- Desire for research and improvement of current development processes and code architecture.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent English knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MySQL and Mongo databases.
Required Experience
- 4+ years in software development, including POS/payment applications.
- 3+ years in Implementation and DevOps support.
- 3+ years with Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
- Strong Kotlin expertise (published apps preferred).
- Experience with Gradle, Android Studio, Git, Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of POS/SoftPOS devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
