RATO is an Auckland-based, New Zealand-owned Point of Sale (POS) company providing technology solutions to hospitality and retail businesses across New Zealand.

You will provide technical support to our customers and assist with:

• Installing and configuring POS and EFTPOS systems onsite across New Zealand.

• Providing remote and onsite technical support.

• Troubleshooting POS, EFTPOS, printers, IP addresses, LAN and networking issues.

• Training customers and venue staff on using our systems.

• Working with our team on product feedback and support improvements.
