Position Overview
Join us as a Stock Control and POS Systems Administrator, where you’ll help maintain our point of sale system to deliver the smoothest operation and best customer experience to our member outlets. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be an essential part of a team renowned for its industry dedication and expertise.
This full-time role, from Monday to Friday, is designed for those passionate about effective service delivery, keen to solve problems, and ready to embrace the challenges of point of sale system.
What We're Seeking
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in hospitality administration, data entry, or a similar role, ideally involving Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Experience within the liquor retail, hospitality, or related industries will be highly regarded.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong overall computer literacy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain accurate product records, including product costing and selling prices.
Manage POS till layouts and menu configurations.
Load and maintain promotional pricing and offers.
Perform back-of-house data entry and generate operational reports.
Manage purchasing, supplier, and invoicing records.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.
Process stocktakes and prepare related stock reports.
