Our client, a well-established shipbroking firm, is looking for a motivated Post-Fixture Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who aspire to become a Shipbroker with structured mentoring and a clear pathway into a front-office broking role.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or have a couple of years of working experience, this role offers invaluable exposure to international shipping transactions and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced brokers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support brokers in the execution and administration of S&P transactions
• Prepare fixture recaps and maintain accurate transaction records
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, legal representatives and other stakeholders throughout the deal process
• Monitor transaction milestones to ensure smooth completion
• Assist with market research and internal reporting
• Gain hands-on exposure to the commercial shipping market through structured on-the-job training

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are interested in transitioning into shipbroking are also welcome
• Degree or diploma in Maritime, Business, Logistics or a related discipline is advantageous
• Highly motivated, driven and eager to build a long-term career in shipbroking
• Sharp, meticulous and organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially curious with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bahasa Indonesia language skills are highly preferred as you'll be communicating regularly with clients across Indonesia
