POST MORTEM OPR - PS DAMPIT

Supervise day-to-day Parent Stock farm operations to achieve targeted production, quality, and cost performance. Monitor flock performance indicators including fertility, hatchability, livability, and egg production, and implement corrective actions. Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and standard operating procedures. Support farm planning, scheduling, and coordination with hatchery and technical teams. Lead, coach, and evaluate supervisors and operational staff to ensure effective execution. Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at farm level. Prepare operational reports and escalate performance or biosecurity risks to management.
