Post Production Supervisor
Description
At FCP Euro, content is at the center of how we educate European car owners and fuel growth across our digital channels. As our video output and creative ambitions expand, we require an enterprise-grade post-production operation to match. The Post-Production Supervisor exists to transform informal handoffs and ad-hoc troubleshooting into a streamlined, high-throughput pipeline. In this role, you will eliminate editing bottlenecks, stand up modern media asset management systems, and establish standardized workflows for both on-site and remote creative teams. Your work directly protects delivery dates across Marketing, eCommerce, and Paid Media while enabling editors to focus on craft rather than file management.
This is a high-ownership leadership opportunity for a technically rigorous post-production expert. If you excel at solving complex storage and codec challenges, mentoring talent, and collaborating with IT to build scalable systems from the ground up, you will thrive here.
This is an on-site role based out of our Milford, CT studio.
