Post-Sputter Process Engineer — NPI & Data-Driven

Western Digital in Penang seeks a Post Sputter Engineer for our Early Career program. You will develop post-sputter processes, qualify them with data analysis, and lead activities within NPI task forces.

Collaborate with Maintenance Eng, QA, Analytics, and other teams to drive improvements using Minitab and Spotfire; apply XPS, ToF-SIMS, AFM, Raman, and ellipsometry to model film properties. The program provides onboarding, mentorship, and structured development.
