POSTAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Postal Operations Specialist of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

You will serve as the Postal Operations Analyst / Enterprise Official Mail Manager initiating, planning, leading and conducting detailed postal analyses, surveys and program reviews related to the Navy's official mail program.

You will initiate and provide official mail management policy guidance for the administration.

You will plan and conduct periodic studies to determine the cost effectiveness of employing mail meters, electronic scales, electronic mail, OCR and bar code readers.

You will collect and prepare annual fiscal year prepaid official mail postage report from each region, Systems Command (SYSCOM) and other Major Commands (MACOM).
