DescriptionThe VCC center at KAUST is looking for postdoctoral researchers and research scientists in Prof. Wonka's research group. The topics of research are computer vision, computer graphics, and deep learning. A suitable candidate should have publications in good venues, mainly CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, NeurIPS, Siggraph, and Siggraph Asia. Various research topics are available and the exact research topic depends on the background of a suitable candidate. The main topics of the group in the past few years were generative modeling, 3D reconstruction, image-editing, and deep learning using 3D data. QualificationsWe welcome candidates with a PhD in Computer Science with a strong background in the theory and practice of one or more of following research areas:computer vision, computer graphics, and deep learning.
We require documented experience about computer vision, machine learning, deep learning or optimization, demonstrated by high-quality publications.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
