Now Hiring – Food Production Associate
McDuffie's Bakery / Mr. Pot Pie – Clarence, NY
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team making our signature homemade pot pies!
This position involves assembling and filling pot pies, working with our production team, and helping ensure our products meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Fill and assemble pot pies according to established recipes
- Portion ingredients accurately and consistently
- Prepare and organize ingredients for production
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Assist with other food production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Food production or kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person!
