Time Requirements:

This position will require a minimum of 40 in-office working hours per week.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional domestic travel will be required

Position Duties:

This position will provide effective management of all Poverty Alleviation programs.

1. Manage Urgent Needs Programs
   • Ensure that Medical Care, Food Distribution, and Clean Water are dispensed throughout the community.
   • Ensure that the center’s community water distribution area is properly maintained.
   • Ensure financial integrity and disbursement of funds are in alignment with program budgets.
   • Ensure recipients do not become dependent upon Vapor Ministries’ assistance.
   • Record all Urgent Care dispensed, using Google Forms, and maintain the records in Box.com.
   • Develop and maintain key relationships with churches, community partners, and stakeholders.

2. (Administer Literacy Trainings)

• • Facilitate monthly Health Training and Disease Prevention Classes for all coaches.
  • Ensure coaches effectively teach the Health lessons to all league participants and community members.
  • Ensure adequate copies of health lessons are available and distributed to each league participant.
  • Ensure that all Community Service events are executed, partnering with the Discipleship Manager.

3. (Oversee Sponsorship Programs)

• • Execute financial and procurement oversight.
  • Ensure the effective operations of the Hasmin’s Friends Program.
  • Ensure the effective operations of the Hasmin’s Friends Scholarship Program.
  • Ensure the effective operations of the Milagros Scholarship Program.
  • Ensure key educational relationships are developed and maintained.
  • Oversee the Education Coordinator

4. (Accurate Impact Reporting)

• • Ensure that attendance is recorded of all Center meetings.
  • Ensure all information related to food, water, health, and education services, and Gospel impressions are collected and recorded quantitatively.
  • Collect all relevant data from the Facility and Discipleship Manager, League, and Education Coordinator to be used in the monthly impact data report.
  • Submit a well-filled impact data report to the Center Manager for approval by the 2nd of every month.

5. (Secure Facilities Assets)

• • Ensure the premises is properly secured.
  • Ensure measures are taken to prevent losses and damages to buildings, grounds, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure that a peaceful and calm atmosphere is maintained around the Center.
  • Ensure that all incoming traffic is controlled.
  • Maintain a current call list and be aware of the notification procedures.
  • Oversee the Security Crew
