Summary
Operates powder-coating equipment to apply protective finishes to steel parts on a conveyor line and assists in training coworkers.
- Prep and hang steel parts for production on conveyor rack
- Runs powder coating sprayers and equipment
- Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
- Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
- Adherence to the attendance policy
- All other duties as required
