Power BI Analyst - Delta Point

Delta Point (DP) is currently seeking a Power BI Analyst to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
Build and optimize data models, including star schemas, relationships, and performance-focused data structures.
Develop and troubleshoot DAX measures, calculations, and business logic.
Utilize Power Query and Power BI Dataflows to cleanse, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
Create and maintain automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
Partner with business leaders to identify key metrics, performance indicators, and reporting needs.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Troubleshoot reporting, data quality, and system issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and user guidance materials.
Support end users by providing training, assistance, and ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and solve business challenges.
