Use data to uncover actionable business insights and support informed decision-making across the organisation. This role will analyse complex datasets, identify trends and performance indicators, and translate business requirements into clear analytical reports and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
Analyse and interpret complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
Develop data visualisations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Extract, transform, and analyse data using SQL.
Identify data trends, patterns, and business performance indicators.
Translate business requirements into effective analytical reports and dashboards.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across business functions.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation, reporting, and dashboard analysis.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
Experience in identifying data trends, patterns, and business performance indicators.
Experience translating business requirements into analytical reports and dashboards.
Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
Financial industry experience will be considered as the second priority.
