Power BI Developer

Job Summary

Sr Infra Developer will design and optimize infrastructure automation and data reporting solutions using Powershell and MS Power BI in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on creating reliable scripts and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency for finance and payroll teams ensuring resilient services and actionable insights that support business decision making in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Any bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development/maintenance in an enterprise setting.

Strong in DAX Power Query data modelling visualization best practices.

Solid Excel SQL skills and star schema understanding.

Experience with SharePoint/Excel sources and refresh credential management gateway experience is a plus

Familiarity with workspaces/dataset permissions security RLS is a plus

Comfort working with business users to translate needs into dashboards and KPIs.

Strong communication stakeholder management across time zones

Power Automate workflow automation experience.

Exposure to Fabric concepts capacities workspaces or BI governance.

Power BI certification PL-300

Reporting experience for audit/compliance or portfolio management contexts
