Power BI Developer (m/f/n)

We are looking for a Power BI Developer (m/f/n) to join our client's team carrying out a project for one of the EU institutions in Warsaw.

Offer:

• Rate: up to 354 EUR/MD
• B2B Contract signed with Shimi
• Work model: on-site, office in Warsaw
• Start: 15.11.2026, long-term cooperation

Certificates:

• Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)

Knowledge and skills

• Higher education
• At least 4 years of experience in IT, at least 2 years experience at the similar position
• English B2
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Worked in Scrum developments
• Is capable for leading technical teams
• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions
• Presents problem solving skills

Specific requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-stack Power BI support or developer role (custom solutions development, dashboards, data models, paginated reports etc.)
• Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T-SQL knowledge, experience with Experience with Web Services, REST API, HTTP API
• Experience with DAX & Power Query (M language) – data optimization, Advanced Data Analytics tools, Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Strong skills in Power BI performance tuning via MS SQL source optimization, including efficient T-SQL, database Views, and maximizing Query Folding.
• Requirement elicitation and draft specifications for final solution
• Team work, conflict management, result-oriented, able to present to Business stakeholders and other audience
