The international IT company Intetics is looking for an experienced Power BI / Fabric Developer to join our team.

The role involves developing enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and analytical applications while supporting the organization's migration to Microsoft Fabric. You will work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL to build scalable, secure, and high-performance business intelligence solutions.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Design reusable semantic models, datasets, and dataflows.
  • Build and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
  • Implement security models, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Optimize report performance and troubleshoot BI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory.
  • Integrate Power BI with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Support deployment, testing, release processes, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI development.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modeling.
  • Experience building reusable semantic models, datasets, and dataflows.
  • Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Direct Lake, Fabric Data Factory).
  • Experience integrating Power BI with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL.
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade BI solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building HR, Payroll, Finance, or Workforce Analytics dashboards.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with ArcGIS or other GIS platforms.
  • Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric certifications.
