Power Field Application Engineer (2027 Graduate)

■Job Purpose:

• Provide technical support and build strong relationships with Server, AI, and Infrastructure customers, ODMs, and ecosystem partners.
• Promote Renesas power management solutions and support design-in activities for customer projects.
• Assist customers with product evaluation, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive project execution and customer success.
• Learn and develop expertise in server power architecture, voltage regulator (VR) solutions, and related technologies.

■Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of analog and power electronics concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude.
