Work Schedule:
Rotational (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
Thursday – Wednesday schedule
When traveling on job assignments, on-call & overtime availability is required.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Power Generation Move Technician 1 supports the mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of gas turbines and turbine packages. Under the direction of the on-site supervisor, they carry out tasks in alignment with safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Mobilizes and demobilizes gas turbine packages and related equipment within scheduled time constraints.
- Under supervision of the Power Generation Move Technician 3 and Lead, prepare and install hardware on gas turbine and air handling trailer, following installation instructions per checklist and field service lead guidance.
- Provides assistance with filter change outs.
- Provides pre-job and post-job analysis (where applicable).
- Understands and conducts work under the company’s safety rules, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluates operational readiness of gas turbines and related equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful business operations and business continuity.
