This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Power Platform Architect based in the United States.
This is a strategic technical leadership role focused on modernizing enterprise operations through Microsoft’s cloud and low-code ecosystem.
You’ll architect secure, scalable solutions that transform manual processes into automated, data-driven workflows.
The role spans Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Salesforce, and business intelligence technologies.
You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leaders to translate organizational needs into practical digital solutions.
You’ll have significant influence over architecture, governance, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
The position combines hands-on solution design with technical leadership, project oversight, and team mentorship.
This is a remote U.S. opportunity supporting high-impact digital transformation initiatives, with travel as needed and up to 10% listed in the role details.
Accountabilities
- Lead digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual and inefficient processes into secure, automated, scalable business solutions.
- Architect, design, and optimize solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce to improve collaboration, document management, and business operations.
- Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, enterprise integrations, and related cloud solutions that streamline processes and reduce administrative effort.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or comparable business intelligence platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Define technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation roadmaps, and solution specifications while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout solution delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, sustainable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, recommend appropriate technologies, and communicate technical solutions and recommendations clearly.
- Mentor technical professionals and help establish development standards, architectural best practices, and repeatable delivery approaches.
- Support enterprise information architecture, data governance, records management, and integration strategies where applicable.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities, automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated experience in a technical lead, solution architect, or comparable leadership position supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online architecture and implementation.
- Experience developing dashboards and analytics with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence technologies.
- Experience leading technical projects, defining technical requirements, developing SOWs, and overseeing solution delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and recommendations to both technical audiences and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor technical teams and promote effective development standards and best practices.
- Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed; the source posting indicates travel requirements of up to 50%.
- Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, records management, or large-scale digital transformation programs is preferred.
- Annual salary range of $130,000–$216,000, with compensation based on factors including skills, experience, training, security clearance, certifications, and organizational needs.
