Power Platform Consultant — Business Analysis & Product Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Consultant with 6–10 years of relevant experience across business analysis, solution delivery, UX design or product management. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver user-friendly enterprise applications, from requirements and design through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and prepare process flows, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and develop user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Define data models, security roles, workflows and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Manage product priorities, backlogs and delivery milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and review solution quality, security and maintainability.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, documentation and user training.
• Use feedback and performance metrics to improve adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Design or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in digital product or application delivery.
• Hands-on Microsoft Power Apps experience, including canvas and/or model-driven applications.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of UX principles, data modelling, application security and Power Platform governance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Power BI, Azure services, custom connectors and Power Platform ALM/CI/CD.
• Figma, Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Copilot or other AI-assisted tools.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200 or PL-400.
• Product management, UX or Agile/Scrum certifications.
