【Job Description】
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to build up enterprise level solutions in our digital transformation journey. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play the key role in standardize, modernize, and automate across complicated business process. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, leveraging the latest advancements to create scalable and efficient solutions. Your contributions will help internal clients unlock new potential and enhance productivity through the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on these cool, AI-driven development platforms.

【Responsibilities】
•Requirements Collaborate and Analyze: Collaborate with team leads and users to
clarify business process. Analize and translate user requirements into data or
functional specifications.

•Prototype and POC: Perform prototypes/POCs to validate proposed ideas and
assess feasibilities. Confirm requirements and solutions with clients/stakeholders
and estimate efforts and finalize work plans.

•Design, Develop and Deploy: Use, but not limited on, variety of business process
automation technologies to design, build and deploy innovative business-tier
components.

•Test and Compliance: Run unit and integration tests on all created code. Adopt
application code compliance check to prevent system performance, reliability, and
security risks.

•Administrate and Troubleshoot: Assist the Operations Team with environmental
issues during application deployment, maintenance, and administration.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in all stages.

•Continue Improve and Support: Identify monitor metrics for released items.
Analyze possible causes and define improvement steps. Perform the logistics
support collaboration with other teams.

【Minimal Requirement】
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related technical fields, or equivalent
practical experience.

•1+ years of experience in software development.

•Experience with design and develop solutions on Power Platform including Power
Apps, Power Automate, Power Page, Microsoft Form, Share Point, Dataverse and
Power BI. And/Or other no-code, low-code BPM development frameworks.

•Knowledge of SQL and databases development in C# or Python programming
languages.

•Knowledge of AI applications, including machine learning, model training,
computer vision, or LLM use cases.

•Be interested in SDG techniques and their development & validation pipeline.

【Preferred Profile】
•3+ years of experience in software development and at least 0.5 year working on
Power Platform and/or any other BPM tools.

•Experience hyperautomation technologies including Copilot Studio, AI Builder and
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

•Experience or have knowledge on Azure services, like Azure Functions, Azure
Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure DevOps.

•Experience or have knowledge on Azure data services, like Azure SQL, ADLS,
Cosmos DB, Synapse, Purview or Databricks.

•Possess one or more of the following certificates is highly desired,

o PL-100:Power Platform App Maker
o PL-200:Power Platform Functional Consultant
o PL-300:Power BI Data Analyst
o PL-400:Power Platform Developer
o PL-500:Power Automate RPA Developer
o PL-600:Power Platform Solution Architect
