Associate Power Apps DeveloperBechtel's M&T Digital Solutions team is seeking an Associate Power Apps Developer to support the development, deployment, and ongoing support of Power Platform applications across active capital projects.This role works under the direction of the Power Platform Developer/Lead and supports multiple projects by assisting with application development, configuration, testing, and user adoption. The position focuses on delivering practical solutions that improve workflow efficiency, data capture, and project execution. The role contributes to reusable solutions and standardized approaches, while gaining experience across the full lifecycle of Power Platform application delivery in a project environment.Major Responsibilities:Provides automation support to teams on project, including setup, training, application and process, software quality assurance and control, reporting, database administration, and close-out of all construction automation software's and applicationsArranges, prepares, and conducts meetings, workshops, and presentations as requiredAssists with executing the project automation planEvaluates and coordinates the implementation of new automation modules and toolsTests and supports data integration of new releases of production software/programsCustomizes applications as required by customerAssists with preparation of user guides and training material and trainingCoordinates performance curves, metrics, trackers, and user feedback to show trends and use in improvementsApplies knowledge of database management, programming skills, and 3D tools, to support team and project construction planning, work packaging, progress reporting, material management, turnover/completions, workforce management and timekeepingCoordinates construction requirements with project IT lead/manager to ensure they're incorporated in the project automation planEducation and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge and Skills: QualificationsBackground supporting construction, engineering, or capital project environmentsFamiliarity with Dataverse or other project data sourcesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools and basic system integration conceptsUnderstanding of application lifecycle practices such as testing, versioning, and deploymentFamiliarity with Power Fx, JavaScript, or similar low-code development expressionsFamiliarity with mobile or tablet-based applicationsMicrosoft Power Platform certificationsWork Style and ApproachStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a construction environmentComfortable working in environments where requirements are not always fully definedStrong communicator able to work directly with project teams and end usersWillingness to support and improve applications after deploymentComfortable working in active project environmentsWork EnvironmentThis position is full-time on the jobsite with required paid overtime.
