Power Platform DeveloperLocation: McLean, VA - Onsite Duration: 12-Month Contract Experience Range: 6-10 yearsOur client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, with opportunities to work with modern AI capabilities and integrate critical business systems.Responsibilities & QualificationsDesign, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on scalability and user experienceBuild and enhance applications with Power Apps and develop workflow automations using Power Automate to streamline business processesConfigure and support SharePoint-based solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirementsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with relevant business systems and data sources to enable seamless information flowApply AI capabilities, including agents and prompt engineering, to enhance and optimize business workflowsTroubleshoot issues, debug applications, and improve existing automations and integrationsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and deliver effective solutionsDocument application functionality, workflows, integrations, and technical decisions for knowledge transfer and complianceRequirements6–10 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power AutomateStrong expertise in SharePoint configuration and integration within modern Microsoft environmentsDemonstrated experience with application and system integrations, including API consumption and data connectivityHands-on experience with AI capabilities such as agents and prompt engineeringProficiency in Power Platform best practices, performance optimization, and security considerationsStrong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across business and technical teamsExperience troubleshooting and supporting production environments
