We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team, focusing on the development and configuration of Power Platform solutions for the Novartis Fastrack program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and low-code development, with specific experience in Power Platform technologies. This role involves creating AI agents, automation workflows, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and configure Power Platform solutions, including AI agents and automation workflows.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for various business processes, ensuring efficient operations.
- Create custom connectors and API integrations, supporting enterprise-level implementations.
- Engage in prompt engineering to refine agent instructions and enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with QA/BA teams to execute testing and deployment activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets and templates for citizen development and enterprise automation.
- Monitor agent performance and analytics, implementing necessary enhancements and updates.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum of 4 years in software/low-code development, with at least 1 year of experience on Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, including cloud flows and standard connectors.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse fundamentals.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, including site and list creation and content structuring.
- Understanding of API basics, including REST and JSON, with the ability to build custom connectors.
- Familiarity with Teams publishing and Microsoft Entra ID authentication setup.
- Good debugging skills and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
