Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team, focusing on the development and configuration of Power Platform solutions for the Novartis Fastrack program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and low-code development, with specific experience in Power Platform technologies. This role involves creating AI agents, automation workflows, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities include: - Developing and configuring AI agents using Copilot Studio, including conversation topics and knowledge sources. - Building and maintaining Power Automate flows for workflow automation, including approvals and notifications. - Developing custom connectors and API integrations, supporting implementations and orchestration workflows. - Writing and refining agent instructions and prompts, ensuring high-quality responses. - Executing testing and deployment activities, collaborating with QA and BA teams to resolve findings. - Contributing to reusable components and templates for citizen development and enterprise automation. - Monitoring agent analytics and implementing enhancements based on performance metrics. Required skills for this position include: - A minimum of 4 years in software/low-code development, with at least 1 year of experience on Power Platform. - Proficiency in Power Automate, including cloud flows and standard connectors. - Working knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site and list creation. - Understanding of API basics, including REST and JSON, with the ability to build custom connectors. - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams publishing and deployment processes. - Good debugging discipline and adherence to enterprise governance standards. Candidates with Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200) and exposure to Azure AI Foundry or regulated industries are preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune, and we are looking for immediate joiners.
