Power Platform Developer

Our focus extends across the intersections of national security, science and research, open innovation, public health and safety, and financial services programs. We are hiring an accomplished software developer systems software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the defense and/or federal healthcare industry. The role is a hands-on delivery position on a federal contract and works day-to-day with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) business owners, the DHA J-6 Power Platform Center of Excellence and cybersecurity personnel.

The Power Platform Developer is a mission-critical delivery role on the DHA Business Process Automation and Visualization team. Working within the DHA Microsoft 365 tenant and DHA J-6 Power Platform environments, the Developer designs, builds, tests, deploys, and sustains Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and Power BI datasets/dashboards that automate high-volume administrative workflows and give DHA leaders faster, evidence-based decisions on readiness, patient access, workforce, and mission execution. The Developer operates as a non-personal-services contractor performing to the standards in the DHA Performance Work Statement (PWS), is accountable to Potomac Haven's Program Manager, and does not perform any inherently governmental functions.
