Power Platform Developer
Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. The role covers business areas including Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk.
Role and responsibilities
- Design and deploy applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backend
- Build and maintain SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFX, and React
- Support and maintain the existing Risk Decision Tool
- Work with business and control teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
- Research business processes and propose ways to optimize and automate them

- +5 years building low-code/no-code solutions, with strong hands on knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server
- Solid SQL skills: stored procs, database design, indexing, joins, and MERGE commands
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlements
- Background working in finance, equity, or a similar institution
- Alteryx or other low-code tooling a plus, Power BI a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
