Summary
Designs and builds enterprise-grade business apps and automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, integrating with Dynamics 365 and Azure.

Contract Type: B2B (160-180 PLN/h + VAT)
We are looking for an accomplished Power Platform Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions. This position is suited to a highly experienced professional with deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and a strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and deliver scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and third-party platforms through APIs and custom connectors.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user-focused applications.

Lead stakeholder workshops, provide solution recommendations, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Expectations
min.4-5 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and enterprise integration patterns.

Proven experience implementing security best practices, including authentication, role-based access control, DLP policies, and secure credential management.
