Role: Power Platform Developer Location: Quincy, MA or Dallas, TX Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite/Week Duration: 6 Months Experience Required: 10+ Years Education: Bachelor's Degree or Above Top Required Skills: Power Automate Power Apps Microsoft Graph API Top Preferred Skills: Office Scripts Power BI Microsoft Fabric C# Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 9+ years of development experience and a solid understanding of basic application design patterns. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient across the Microsoft Power Platform and have experience designing and implementing automated enterprise solutions. A key requirement is experience building automated solutions that generate PowerPoint presentations from enterprise data . The candidate should also demonstrate strong technical curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to work directly with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Build automation workflows using Power Automate . Develop business applications using Power Apps . Integrate enterprise applications and data using Microsoft Graph API . Create automated solutions that generate PowerPoint presentations from enterprise data. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Engage directly with business users to understand requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions. Apply basic application design patterns and sound software development practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and continuously improve automated solutions. Required / Essential Skills: 9+ years of software/application development experience. Strong understanding of basic application design patterns. Highly proficient with the Microsoft Power Platform suite . Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps . Experience with Microsoft Graph API . Proven experience creating automated PowerPoint presentations from enterprise data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and business-user interaction skills. Ability to ask questions, understand business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions. Technical curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches. Python development experience is highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Office Scripts Power BI Microsoft Fabric Python Experience with enterprise data and automation solutions. Additional programming experience such as C# is a plus but not mandatory.
