Power Platform Manager

As Power Platform Manager you are responsible for the management of Power Platform in Statkraft. This includes managing the platform, administration, coordinating stakeholders, license/capacity management and governance. The role entails keeping the platform secure, compliant and fit for purpose. The focus of the role is stability, compliance, adoption, cost control and ensuring day-to-day operational functionality.

You will be part of a team of internal and external subject matter experts, developers, and architects – delivering application management, implementation activities, advice and support to the users. You will also work closely with the different projects, contributing to innovation and digital enablement.

In this role you will:

  • Manage environments, environment groups, rules, security groups, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, pipelines, and platform operations in alignment with the Platform Architect.
  • Manage the operating model in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage risk and compliance, including security posture, audits, access reviews, and monitoring, in close collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain the CoE Toolkit and Copilot Test Kit.
  • Oversee cost and licensing management, including capacity usage and license administration.
  • Maintain technical expertise in the tools and components included in the platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Solutions.
  • Govern Copilot Studio.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Statkraft.

We are seeking a dedicated person to manage our Power Platform, ensuring we effectively meet the needs of Statkraft.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Power Platform with strong technical capabilities, administrative knowledge (admin centers management) and using the COE kits.
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing and capacity management.
  • Some knowledge about PowerShell and automation.
  • Some knowledge about Microsoft Purview.
  • Risk, security and compliance knowledge.
  • Enjoys a combination of technical work and human interaction.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Enjoys facilitating and coordinating activities.
  • Experienced in handling a broad landscape of stakeholders and other interested parties.
