Summary
Remote technical lead role as the senior authority on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, and the wider Power Platform — defining standards, reviewing code, and owning the ALM model while hands-on building with C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Power Fx. Works with platform, DevOps, and architect teams on a 14:00–23:00 IST shift.

Responsibilities
The Power Platform Technical Lead is the senior technical authority for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE),
Dataverse and the wider Power Platform . The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership defining standards, reviewing code, owning the ALM model and ensuring that everything we build on the platform is scalable, secure and production-ready. The Lead works closely with the Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Solution
Architects and the IT Applications Developer team.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical Leadership in D365 & Power Platform
- Act as technical authority for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions owning architecture decisions, design patterns and non-functional requirements.
Skill Set Required :
6+ years in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dataverse ecosystem, with at least 2 years as a lead or senior Engineer
C# (.NET 8+) plugins, custom APIs, Azure Functions.
- TypeScript / JavaScript client-side scripts, PCF components, Logic Apps inline code.
- Power Fx formula standards across canvas apps and Power Automate.
Use of AI
- Use GitHub Copilot, Copilot in Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Pages and Copilot Studio to accelerate
