Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a Power Platform Specialist proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate to support and enhance our ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing applications, implementing workflows, and managing SharePoint lists within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Apps solutions supporting the ongoing initiatives.

• Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processes.

• Manage and maintain supporting SharePoint lists and related data structures.

• Support the rollout and adoption of PowerApps across Global IT.

• Establish and maintain governance processes, standards, and documentation for Power Platform solutions.

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement application improvements and new functionality.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organisational standards.

• Support knowledge transfer and reduce dependency on key individuals through documentation and process standardisation.
