Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions that support critical decision-making.
- Translate business questions into clear reporting needs, simplify complex data problems, and ensure technical alignment across teams.
- Contribute to future-proofing the organization's data platform and support the growth of a DevOps-capable data analytics team.
- Work closely with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and improve data quality, efficiency, and visualization standards.
About you
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and similar tools (knowledge of Tabular Editor is a plus).
- Skilled in working with complex datasets, data architecture components, and transformations (Databricks, PySpark).
- Familiar with DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, and GIT.
- Able to translate business needs into actionable reporting and insights.
- Strong focus on data quality, reliability, and performance improvement.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Collaborative, innovative, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus, not a must).
