About the role:

As the Product Reporting Analyst, you will:

• Provide analytical, reporting and business intelligence services to support visibility, governance and informed decision-making across the industry aligned Product portfolios.

• Analyse and interpret project, portfolio, financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support planning, monitoring and decision-making.

• Transform data from JIRA, financial systems and other business sources into reports, dashboards and management information that provide visibility of project progress, portfolio performance, risks, issues, resource utilisation and financial status.

• Work closely with Product Leads, Project Coordinators, Finance and key stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, timely and relevant to operational and Executive reporting requirements.

• Support governance and reporting processes by providing evidence-based analysis and insights that enable effective oversight of the Product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyse and interpret project and portfolio data from JIRA, Confluence and associated systems.

• Develop reporting measures that provide visibility of project progress, workload, capacity, throughput, productivity, delivery performance and overall portfolio health.

• Monitor and report on project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and project outcomes.

• Support continuous improvement of JIRA reporting practices, data integrity and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with Product Leads, Project Coordinators and stakeholders to promote consistent project reporting practices and data quality.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights to operational and Executive stakeholders.

• Translate complex project, financial and risk-related information into clear, accessible and actionable visual reporting.

• Develop portfolio and project dashboards that improve visibility of performance, progress, resource utilisation and risk.

• Prepare reports, briefings and portfolio updates for governance, leadership and Executive stakeholders.

• Support ongoing enhancement of reporting capability, business intelligence tools and data visualisation practices.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in project, product, PMO, portfolio or business performance reporting environments.

• Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence.

• Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations.

• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations or management accounting.

• Experience using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.

• Qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
