Order Picker Equipment Operator | $21.00/hr - $23.50/hr | 2nd & 3rd Shift

What You'll Get:

$21.00/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential
On Demand Pay
Full-time schedule, plus mandatory overtime

Schedule Requirements: Mandatory overtime worked on Saturday and Sunday - the right candidate must be available for this overtime
Shift: 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm), & 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am) overtime required including weekends
Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168
Path to Permanent Employment: New hires participate in a 90-day evaluation period designed to support training and successful integration into the team.
What You’ll Do:

Operate a turret, cherry picker, stand-up forklift, and walkie stacker
Down stacking pallets. stowing product, movement of product throughout the facility, full case picking, full pallet picking, and pallet building
Cycle counts to maintain inventory levels
Other duties as assigned, both on and off the powered equipment
Follow all safety guidelines – safety shoes required

What We’re Looking For:

6 months previous forklift experience required
Ability to work at heights of 30+ feet required
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs
Ability to work mandatory overtime both throughout the week and on the weekends
