Position Summary
The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts selection, ordering, and inventory support. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations between the parts and service departments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs
- Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems
- Process sales, special orders, and returns
- Maintain proper inventory levels, including receiving and stocking parts
- Merchandise showroom displays and promote accessory sales
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely job completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
